May was a month of people stepping up.

We saw athletes punch their tickets to the CrossFit Games, thousands of you take on Crossing the Canyon, and our coaches continue sharing what they've learned through years of experience in the sport.

What stands out most isn't any one result or achievement. It's the willingness to take on something difficult, commit to the process, and see it through.

As we head into summer, I'm excited to see where that mindset takes us next. Whether you're chasing a competition, building strength, or simply trying to become a little better than you were yesterday, keep SHOWING UP and keep doing the work.

A BIG WEEKEND FOR THE HWPO COMP TEAM

GAMES QUALIFICATION SECURED

Alex Gazan topped the podium at the Northern California Classic to secure her place at this year's CrossFit Games, delivering another impressive performance when it mattered most.

On the other side of the world, the HWPO team of Jake Douglas, Jake Marconi, Georgia Pryer, and Maisie Wilde finished second at Torian Pro, earning their place on the big stage. The team has spent months training together in Australia, building something special both on and off the competition floor. Now, with Games qualification secured, the work continues.

Coach Colette Casey qualified in the Women 40-44 division, alongside many other HARD WORKERS advancing to the next step around the world. Congratulations to everyone involved, and we’re STOKED to see you SHOW UP in California
